My second desk is used for computer diagnostics (when a customer has a problem with his/her pc, laptop or whatnot - the 17″ screen is mine, the pc is a customers’ anxiously waiting for a diagnosis) and is also home to my three main printers. On the left you see my MFC, a Lexmark x340 which is mostly used to copy documents, but also to print every now and then. On the right you see my main printer, pretty old-school, but still working like a charm. It’s a HP Laserjet 5M which is attached to my network (with an inbuilt NIC) and has all the bells and whistles (Duplex-Unit, lots of ram, additional paper-feed bringing the total to 750 sheets of paper, etc).
Under the desk you see the oldest old-school printer in my arsenal. It’s an Apple Color LaserWriter 12/600PS. Color-Lasers are fun, and the oil-additive makes all prints really shiny…
